LCMUA Temporary Lobby & Drive-Thru Window Closure

In the interest of public health and well-being, LCMUA is temporarily closing the lobby and drive-thru window to help limit person-to-person contact.  Not sure how to make a payment?  The following will still remain as viable options:

  1. Cash or Check in sealed envelopes placed in the LCMUA dropbox
  2. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) via telephone or LCMUA Website
  3. Regular Mail to: LCMUA 501 N Shady Shores Dr, Lake Dallas TX 75065
  4. Electronic Bank Draft 

On Tuesday, March 24, 2020 Denton County issued a Stay-At-Home order in response to the coronavirus pandemic.  The order is effective Wednesday, March 24, 2020 11:59 pm and will last for seven days unless extended by the Denton County Commissioners Court.  Details in the order may be found here:  Denton County Stay-At-Home Order .

LCMUA is considered an essential business and we will stay open to perform essential operations, however, we will do our best to limit person-to-person contact and thank you so much for your patience as we all learn how to navigate the new normal being presented to us today.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us by calling 940-497-2999.
